1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vk8 website at https://vk8.cam ("the Platform"), creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any other persons accessing any part of vk8. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the vk8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or restriction from participating in online gambling activities.

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, and you are not operating as a professional player for a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of vk8, or an immediate family member of such a person.

vk8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active account on the vk8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not use a false identity or impersonate any other person.
• Not register using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to mask your true location or identity.

vk8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All account holders are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — before processing any withdrawal request. Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at vk8's discretion.

vk8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

vk8 strongly recommends that all users:

• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other services.
• Log out of the Platform when accessing from a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to vk8 support immediately at [email protected].

vk8 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vk8 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

vk8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where you have not exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your login information.

5 Deposits & Payments

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. vk8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods — the name on your payment account must match the name on your vk8 account.

vk8 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

vk8 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vk8 accepts no responsibility. vk8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

Deposited funds are held in a segregated account. vk8 does not use player funds for operational expenses.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are available to account holders who have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within one to six hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• All deposited funds must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account, where technically possible.
• vk8 may conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in the same name as the registered vk8 account.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the user and returned to their account balance before processing commences.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

vk8 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all vk8 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible account holders who have completed the required qualifying action (e.g., minimum deposit).
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the vk8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. These rules are available within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules that apply across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. vk8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where an event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, vk8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.
• vk8 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or decline to accept bets from any user at its sole discretion, including where irregular betting patterns are identified.
• Winnings from sports betting are subject to the applicable odds at the time the bet was accepted. Quoted odds may change prior to bet confirmation; the odds displayed at confirmation are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vk8 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances (including any pending withdrawals), and may result in legal action:

• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after placing a wager.
• Abuse of Staff: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward vk8 customer support staff or other users.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location or identity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vk8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of vk8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

14 Account Suspension & Termination

vk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated software.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, vk8 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, all funds in the account, including any winnings, may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vk8 support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms
